Lấy cảm hứng từ bánh ít trần mặn của miền Tây và chè heo quay xứ Huế, mình làm món chè trôi nước nhân heo quay này nhân một ngày trời mưa tầm tã. Chè ngọt thanh từ đường thốt nốt lại dai mềm từ bột và mặn mặn béo béo từ heo quay. Hãy thử làm và chia sẻ với mình nhé!
Trộn bột nếp cùng bột năng thật đều, nếu có thể rây qua rây cho bột mịn sau đó nêm muối vào bột, chè chúng ta sẽ mặn nên cần một ít muối để dằn vị lại nhé.
Tạo 1 lỗ ở giữa bột sau đó cho nước sôi từ từ vào quấy thật đều. Trộn bột đều tay cho bột săn lại thành khối. Bột mịn nên nhồi thành khối rất nhanh, nước nóng nên nhồi bột bằng tay thật cẩn thận nhé,
Heo quay thái nhỏ rồi bắt bột thành viên sau đó ve nhân bọc đều bột lại. Bắc nước sôi cho lát gừng vào luộc thật chín bột để chè không vị chai nhé
Gừng cắt sợi, sau đó cho đường thốt nốt lên chảo làm tan chảy. Cho gừng vào nấu sôi cùng với chè là hoàn thành món của chúng ta.
Viên trôi nước dai mềm vị mặn mặn ngọt thanh và beo béo ăn là ghiền.
