Cắt sợi củ sắn và cà rốt. Làm nóng chảo, phi thơm hành, thêm vào thịt heo xay cùng củ sắn, cà rốt cắt sợi. Khi xào chín hỗn hợp nhân thì thêm vào xốt nêm thịt heo Knorr cho thêm phần đậm đà.
Bánh mì sandwick cắt bỏ viền, đặt một miếng sandwich lên dĩa, trải đều phần nhân đã xào, lấy thêm một miếng sandwich khác đặt lên; sau đó dùng một ít nước miết kín viền bánh lại tránh để phần nhân tràn ra ngoài.
Đun nóng chảo dầu cho đến khi dầu sôi tăm, thả sandwich vào chiên cho đến khi 2 mặt bánh vừa vàng giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu và thưởng thức. Có thể dùng món với tương ớt, tương cà tùy vào khẩu vị của bạn nhé.
