Chuẩn bị nước ngâm: vắt chanh vào tô nước ngâm chuối để không bị đen, nhớ để lại 1 miếng chanh để cho vào nước đường. Chuối lột vỏ, bào thành lát mỏng, khi làm nhớ nhúng cả tay và chuối vào tô nước để không bị dính nhựa chuối.
Ngâm chuối với nước chanh loãng 10 phút rồi vớt ra để ráo, trải chuối ra để dễ khô nước hơn nha.
Chanh cắt thành từng miếng. Gừng cắt lát mỏng cho vào cối giã nát rồi hòa cùng 50ml nước lọc bỏ xác. Cho nước gừng vào chảo cùng đường thốt nốt, vừa xào gừng vừa trộn cho đường nhanh tan và không bị cháy.
Làm nóng chảo, cho dầu vào chiên chuối với lửa lớn cho vàng rồi vớt ra rổ có lót giấy ăn cho ráo dầu. Chuối sau khi chiên giòn tan không thấm dầu, nếu bạn không thích ăn ngọt có thể dừng ở bước này, cất chuối vào hộp kín dùng dần.
Nếu ăn ngọt thì chúng ta tẩm thêm caramel nha. Đun chảo nước gừng, đường thốt nốt cho keo lại rồi tắt bếp vắt chanh vào. Cho chuối lát đã chiên vào chảo, đảo đều cho chuối bọc đều caramel rồi rắc mè vàng rang chín lên là xong đó.
Món snack chuối này tuy chiên bằng dầu nhưng không ngấm dầu nên không ngấy, ăn vào có vị béo giòn rụm hòa tan cùng vị thơm thơm cay cay của gừng, ngọt ngào của caramel. Món ăn vặt này rất thích hợp nhâm nhi với tách trà cùng bạn bè, vừa ăn vừa xem phim, party... Chúc bạn thành công.
