Đầu tiên cho trứng vào nồi nước, đổ nước ngập trứng khoảng 3cm. Nước sôi, điều chỉnh ngọn lửa mức vừa. Nước sôi lăn lăn khoản 10-12 phút. Vớt trứng ra thả vào nước lạnh, sau đó bóc vỏ trứng. Sử dụng 1 con dao sắc và nhọn, cắt quả trứng là đôi theo chiều dọc, nhẹ nhàng múc phần lòng đỏ ra cái tô nhỏ.
Tán nhuyễn lòng đỏ trứng. Trộn đều lòng đỏ trứng với sốt kem chua, mù tạt vàng, muối, tiêu. Trộn cho đến khi chúng hòa quyện hoàn toàn. Cho hỗn hợp vào 1 cái túi nilon, cắt bỏ 1 góc.
Nặn hỗn hợp trở lại phần lòng trắng trứng. Rắc lá oregano xay lên. Sau đó rắc chút ớt bột paprika lên tiếp. Nếu bạn cho bé dùng thì bỏ qua nguyên liệu này nhé!
Vậy là hoàn thành món ăn vừa đẹp mắt, vừa ngon tuyệt này rồi. Trứng gà thêm sốt mayonaise beo béo trộn đều trong món ăn này sẽ luôn là món ăn khoái khẩu cho bé nhà bạn đấy.
