Cho đường, lòng đỏ trứng, bột mì, sữa tươi và muối vào 1 máy xay sinh tố, đánh thật đều. Chuối bóc vỏ cắt lát.
Sau đó lọc hỗn hợp qua một cái rây. Cho chén trứng sữa vào lò vi sóng, để mức độ cao, trong 5 phút rồi lấy chén trứng sữa ra trộn kỹ, cho trở lại vi sóng thêm 3 phút nữa rồi lại lấy ra đánh kỹ. Đánh chừng 1 phút cho đến khi hỗn hợp bông lên.
Nếu thấy hỗn hợp bông, mịn quánh lại và bám trên muỗng rồi là được còn nếu chưa thì cho trở lại lò vi sóng thêm 1 phút nữa. Để phần trứng sữa này nguội bớt rồi cho bơ và vani vào trộn kỹ.
Chuẩn bị những chiếc cốc/ly thủy tinh. Xếp vài chiếc bánh quy nhỏ xuống dưới, sau đó đến chuối chín cắt lát và đổ lớp bột trứng sữa lên trên (lập lại thêm 1 tầng nữa như thế nếu muốn).
Bọc kín các cốc lại bằng nylon, cho vào tủ lạnh khoảng 2 giờ sau là dùng được. Có thể ăn kèm với kem tươi, hoa quả tươi, bánh quế rất ngon.
