Ngày cuối tuần cả nhà quây quần, chị em thử đổi ngay một chút khẩu vị với món canh cá viên măng chua cực kì hấp dẫn và ngon lành với hương vị tươi mát, ngon ngon. Từng miếng chả cá dai dai cùng măng chua giòn tạo cảm giác kích thích vị giác, giúp bạn ăn ngon miệng hơn đấy.
Chả cá thát lát cho ra tô, thêm vào nửa thìa nhỏ muối, một thìa nhỏ dầu ăn, hạt tiêu, dùng thìa quết cho nhuyễn. Để đơn giản bạn có thể mua cá viên sẵn ở siêu thị. Sau đó, đun nóng dầu trong chào, dùng thìa múc từng viên chả cá thả vào chiên vàng rồi vớt ra dĩa có lót giấy thấm dầu.
Măng chua rửa sạch, để ráo và xé sợi. Cà chua cũng rửa sạch, cắt múi cau. Đun nóng dầu ăn, phi hành thơm, tiếp đó cho cà chua, măng chua vào xào. Xào tầm từ 3 đến 5 phút thì chế từ từ nước lạnh vào.
Nấu đến khi nồi canh sôi thì nêm vào một thìa nhỏ nước mắm, nửa thìa nhỏ muối, nửa thìa nhỏ hạt nêm. Tiếp tục nấu đến khi măng mềm, nêm nếm lại tùy theo khẩu vị của bạn. Sau cùng thả chả cá chiên vào nồi, đun sô lại và tắt bếp. Rắc hành lá đã thái nhỏ lên canh tạo vị ngon. Múc canh ra chén dùng làm món ăn với cơm.
